gunnarsport 13 Posted June 22, 2011 Hi, Any of you guys ever done any business with, or are familiar with, FFL transfer dealer LeRoy Stout in Mercerville (Hamilton, Mercer Co)? He is listed as a FFL transfer dealer on Gun Broker in my area. I am only 10 minutes from this guy and may use him if I purchase on Gun Broker.

Theron 5 Posted June 22, 2011 Second for Mel Katz. I've transfered three rifles through him and each time it was easy. $35 + Nics.

I have used him for several transfers. $25.00 + 15.00 plus tax $42.80. Easy to get to and has some interesting old rifles in the rafters too. Nice man. mcbethr 42 Posted June 23, 2011 +1 With Leroy. His basement is like a museum. Lots of amazing WWI and II stuff to look at while your NICS is being run. Great guy to deal with.
Greydaddy 2 Posted June 24, 2011 Leroy's a good guy! Is he still in business though? Couple years ago when I did business with him he was talking about getting rid of everything!
