magpul fm 9 new jersey legal?

I'm wondering if this nj legal being that you insert a glock into it, i dont think it has to be a fully automatic glock? a semi auto could probably be inserted right? if so would it be ok to own this in nj? I'm thinking no because it's too dam cool for nj...lol!

Barrel is not long enough. The barrel has to be a certain length on a rifle to be considered legal. I'm not to sure about the folding feature being legal either.

Not even close. The stock combined with the barrel length makes this an NFA item.

I'm fairly sure the Magpul FM9 was a concept product, and was never released to the public. I don't even think any were released outside of Magpul.

David it states on there a semi auto would be classified as an sbr. So my guess is no go in nj. Cool though.

Magpul actually DOES make the FM-9...as an AIRSOFT product.....

I don't even think I'd want one. I mean, I'll take just about any gun for cheap/free, but this would be pretty damn low on my list.
