I could not find one in Jersey. So, I am using Cylinder and Slide in Nebraska....For my Para. I still use Springfield for my 1911 and they will service other non-Springfield Armory 1911's

Go with Gary Natale at Gans Guns in western PA. Fast turnaround, very nice work and fair pricing. You will not be disappointed. He has been working on 1911s for a very long time.

FYI, he is only doing slide lightening not building anymore guns.

But yes he has done some awesome work and has a fast turnaround.

And limited quantities of slide lightening at that. It's a shame, he built my L/l-10 gun, and his work was top notch. his turnaround times were unheard of. Seriously, it took me less time to get my box of parts back as a gun than it took me to get a mossberg 930 that was in stock form bud's gun shop.
