FNG Saiga Conversion Question

Hey everyone - little confused. I've got a 7.62 stock Saiga with the skeletonized stock that I'm thinking about converting. All I really want to do for now is put on a US grip, US stock and US FCG. Not doing the feed ramp, and for now, I'm OK with the stock handguard. So, based on that, would my converson be NJ legal? I'm OK with the stock magazines too for now.

9 imported parts.. 10 or less is legal.. so this gun would be legal..

 

I have at least one extra factory Saiga mag that I will likely sell now that I am using a bullet guide.. PM me if interested..
