Will make do with my ammo cache until prices drop. Youre right.. seeing such an increase in a month makes my head spin. I guess just like gas.. it will spike, then drop down to a lower but never cheaper price than prior to the beginning of the spike.

it makes sense to use ammo to practice with that performs the same as ammo you anticipate using in a life or death situation..

if the gun is 556.. I shoot 556...

 

if it is 223 then ONLY 223...

 

but I practice with what I shoot..
