Anyone have suggestions on where to get gun hard chromed?

I have another post regarding removing bluing but in case the bare steel isn't that nice, do any of you have some suggestions on where to get a gun hard chromed? Not looking for the real shinny chrome...more of a brushed steel or matte look. Any

Does EGW do refinish work - thought they were pretty much concentrating on the manufacturing side of their business. Even if you have it done at EGW, is it done in-house or sent out?
