Dropped paperwork for permits today and was told that I shouldn't bother applying for more than 3 because they will not be renewing permits in the future. Has anyone else had any experience with this?

My local PD won't let me do more than 3 either.

 

I can get an extension if I don't use all 3 in the 90 days but I need to write a letter to the chief begging for him to extend the permit. It is a PIA.

Woodbridge is great with extensions, just hand it to the clerk lady and she takes it to the type writer .

Wow...another douche police dept. My dad had a run in with the local PD because they wouldnt extend his permits. The officer said "theyre not required to"....so my father reminded them that they are required to process them in 30 days, so which part of the law are they going to follow.

 

 

I guess they saw his logic.

Excellent. I would have loved to be there just to watch their reaction at that inescapable logic.
