I know NJ's weapons restrictions are very hard to navigate and over the top. I was curious if the evil features only counted for semi-automatic rifles or it covers other actions as well. If I had a bolt action rifle with a pistol grip does that place the same restrictions on the rifle? If I wanted could I have a detachable mag, a flash hider and an adjustable stock?

Only Semi Auto's. You could have a pistol gripped, folding stock, threaded barrel, detachable magazine and bayonette lug on a bolt action rifle.
