What's the crime for indecent exposure? Does that classify as a sex crime? Not to blow this out of proportion but I seem to remember someone getting jammed up for taking a leak outside and it cause a lot more problems for them than you wold have expected.

Now now. I was doing some thinking about this whole "careless not careless" thing, and realized, this lawyer might be right. It is possible it had nothing to do with carelessness. And here is my argument for that.

 

A handgun is a pretty important thing. It isn't something you just happen to forget about. You know what else is pretty important? Your pants. Had instead of him leaving the firearm, he had instead left his pants, I wouldn't call that careless. Say he forgot his pants, and went to the local pub around the corner. When getting out of his car to go inside, he realizes "oh crap! I have no pants on!" That isn't a case of carelessness. That is a case of being a moron.

 

So he wasn't careless. He is just a moron.
