mikelets456 78 Posted January 14, 2013 Hello All, hope all is well. I still have 3 months on my membership at a NJ range but I live (moved) in PA. Am I allowed to bring my handgun from PA to the range in NJ then visit a family member thereafter?
this_is_nascar 162 Posted January 14, 2013 No, by law, you can not visit a family member after, assuming you have the handgun with you.
GlassFanta 0 Posted January 14, 2013 Seriously don't even bother. It's not worth it.

Straight line point A to B, no unnecessary stops in between.
UnrestrictedEnthusiastInVA 0 Posted January 14, 2013 Could a NJ resident drive over the border to PA to shoot, as long as he comes straight back to point A when finished?
Pizza Bob 1,488 Posted January 14, 2013 Could a NJ resident drive over the border to PA to shoot, as long as he comes straight back to point A when finished? Once you are in PA, NJ law no longer applies, PA law does. Once you re-enter NJ, you must go straight home with no deviations.

I'll simply meet my friend at the range and use his guns and buy ammo at the range. Thanks for letting me know... I guess doing as I wanted would have made me a criminal. Unbelievable.... kman 56 Posted January 14, 2013 If I moved to PA I wouldn't come back to any range in NJ. PA has better ranges and cheaper too and no silly laws. Sent from my DROID2 GLOBAL using Tapatalk
