PA resident wanting to shoot at NJ range

Recommended Posts

Could a NJ resident drive over the border to PA to shoot, as long as he comes straight back to point A when finished?

Once you are in PA, NJ law no longer applies, PA law does. Once you re-enter NJ, you must go straight home with no deviations.

Thanks... I'll simply meet my friend at the range and use his guns and buy ammo at the range. Thanks for letting me know... I guess doing as I wanted would have made me a criminal. Unbelievable....

If I moved to PA I wouldn't come back to any range in NJ. PA has better ranges and cheaper too and no silly laws.

None of us probably would either, but as the OP indicated, he has some time left on his NJ membership.
