It was demilled, meaning it would never work again so I do not see why this qualified in the buy back.

I gew up with these as toys, since my Uncle was a Carreer drill sargent in the Army we had all sorts of

training toys, dummy pinaple ad frag's bazookas, once they upgrade they just chuck the old training items

away, they can never fire again,

Yep. My dad was an engineer at Picatinny Arsenal for decades. Growing up, we always had decommissioned stuff around the house. I remember bringing a 105MM shell fuse in for show and tell. Can you imagine the sh1+storm if a kid did that now?!!
