deerpark 83 Posted February 12, 2013 Is there a particular brand or model of AR which tends to be NJ compliant right out of the box?
Clintoon Eastwood 2 Posted February 12, 2013 Pinned stock, muzzle brake instead of flash hider, and a 10 round mag. Or that ^^^^
alec.mc 180 Posted February 12, 2013 I think some companies actually sell *NJ/CA/MA Compliant* variants of their product that are pre-nutered, though - I doubt you'll find anything right now to purchase.
AnthonyC83 0 Posted February 12, 2013 The colt match target mt6400 is Nj compliant right out of the box. It's the neutered version of the 6920. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that but I believe this is true.
lunker 274 Posted February 12, 2013 All of the Colt Match Target rifles come NJ compliant.
ChrisJM981 924 Posted February 12, 2013 CA compliant rifles are not NJ compliant. Even Kommufornia allows collapsible stocks. Bushnaster makes a NJ compliant rifle. http://www.bushmaster.com/firearms/state_compliant.asp
when_shtf 4 Posted February 12, 2013 There isn't a "most" complaint AR; either it is or it isn't.

Lalo 13 Posted February 13, 2013 Like it was previously mentioned, most manufacturers make NJ compliant models of their rifles. A lot of gun shops in NJ that sell AR's sell already compliant models. Pinned stock, break instead of hider, 15 round mag is what outré looking for. Bad time to buy right now but they are still out there. Was at Lou's in Raritan last week and they had a Spikes AR with Magpul furniture for about $1600 just sitting there. Let me know if you're in the market for one, I have 2 ARs I'm the process of building that are already neutered.
