If it is going to be a cafe, I would have just said make it starbucks everywhere. It's a national chain, they stood up for lawful CCW, and since everyone knows it, you might get some media attention. SPend the organization effort amking a cafe press hat or something to do some fund raising so everyone knows what you are there for.
