That's wrong. They should 301 redirect it not simply make it an alias. It's bad for SEO.

It seems to me they meet 2 of the definitions of "bad faith" and therefore Njgunforums.com should be awarded the other domain.

Definitley meets two of the definitions, I think Maks has a case. I was involved in one of these UDRP cases, they really suck big time! Its about $2,000 to clear it up.

Anyone know an internet lawyer that can send the scary letter which should be an inexpensive way to get them to release the domain?
