MattH 0 Posted March 12, 2013 The only other regulation on shotguns for hunting besides state laws is the 3 shell max capacity so the stock should be good to go.

HINCHMAN 4 Posted March 12, 2013 totally fine on a pump for hunting. If its not goose season, 3 shots is the rule, put a plug in it, they do check...

Shawnmoore81 623 Posted March 12, 2013 Yeah it's a pump so the stock is fine as far as legality. I sent it to my buddy who is a gw an waiting for a reply. I guess I'll give it a go
Socom 19 Posted March 12, 2013 totally fine on a pump for hunting. If its not goose season, 3 shots is the rule, put a plug in it, they do check... Yes they do check shell capacity with a marked stick lol!! They even reached into my pockets without asking and checked my shells! Sucka made me laugh too had no idea how to unload my Benelli M2 field even though he took it out of my hands like a boss
Shawnmoore81 623 Posted March 12, 2013 Yeah I don't get bothered by the gw's like that. But I don't wanna openly break the law either.
Old Dog 19 Posted March 12, 2013 Take a look at the one Blackhawk sells. Good reviews on its current version. I have put them on my shotguns when I lived in NJ and they work very well.
Parker 213 Posted March 12, 2013 Legal to hunt with. The pistol-gripped pumps have become popular for turkey hunting as many say the grip allows you to manuever the firearm better when sitting and/or when maneuvering with one hand. http://www.americanh...ting-guns-2012/
