Want to stick with a 4" if I can find one, hopefully in the Northern Part of the state. To drive all the way south (twice once for nics once for pickup) it might be cheaper to just buy online.

Rick at OMG has a 7" 686+, the TALO version in stock. If you feel like going big, he has 2 629's as well. A 4" and a 6".

Tried Silver Bullet and all he had was a 2.5" Really would like a seven shot 4" in SS.

I talked to him and seemed like a nice guy, but did not have anything. I asked him how long it might take to get something and he said it could be a while. I asked if that was a year or a few weeks. He said less than a year, but definitely more than a few weeks. Oh well.

From what I hear, you want to stay in the 4" and up barrel with magnums. A 4" 686+ looks like a sweet revolver.

Heritage Guild is having a Smith & Wesson event in a few weeks. They may get some inventory in for that. I found mine on Gunbroker last summer, just kept looking for one to pop up at a good price.
