WE THE PEOPLE

BERGEN COUNTY RALLY IN TEANECK -- SUNDAY

Citizens are ready to rally in counties throughout New Jersey to show their disdain for the attack on our Constitution, the Bill of Rights and our freedoms on April 13/14.

The Rally for Bergen County which is just one of eight set for this weekend is set for:

This Sunday - April 14th - 2:00 pm

Teaneck Green: Cedar Lane/Teaneck Road

This rally is for ALL who value their freedom and liberty:

If you are a conservative, Second Amendment activist, libertarian, reformer, gun activist, gun/rifle club member - you need to show up and be counted with others who have simply had enough of the assault on your rights and the liberty we all hold near and dear to our hearts. This is not supporting any one party, so republicans, democrats and unaffiliated – please come out.

Our speakers will give you hope and a pathway to become involved before it is too late. In Bergen County on the Teaneck Green, we will be hearing from some of the best speakers including:

Joe Connor – co-author, “The New Founders,” Appears on Fox **

Rev. Steve Craft – author, “How To Raise An American Patriot “**

Mike Henry - Heritage Action **

Larry Braico – Gun/2nd Amendment Activist **

John Burchill - Fair Tax **

Mark Peters - Constitutional Activist **

If you don’t stand up for your children and grandchildren NOW, who will? Will you let them take the minds and well being of our children without protest?

Can you afford to miss this opportunity to network with others who feel the way you do?

How can you sit at home when you see all your rights being hijacked each day piece by piece?

Can you really let others do this by themselves without your support?

Well the answer is YOU CAN’T! -

BE THERE! Bring a friend and a lawn chair

This rally is supported by NJ2AS, the NJ Constitution Party, NJ Libertarian Party, NJ Fair Tax activists, NJ Tea Party Caucus, as well as conservatives throughout the state.

I'll be there.

BTW, I sent certified hand written letter to Weinberg today asking to oppose gun control bills passed by assembly.

Which is funny because she is sponsoring three identical ones from senate.

Well, I guess I am just lucky to live in her district :-).

I had an emergency today and couldn't make it. I drove past around 3:30 gave a honk and thumbs up to the crowd that was there(I was in a green Silverado). By the time I swung back through Teaneck the rally look like it ended.

any 2A rally is worthwhile. there was very little notice of this, which is why not many people made it. it was mostly for publicity, and to get our quotes in papers to let as many people know as possible whats going on with our country.

one of the highlights of the day was when some liberal anti stopped his car in the middle of teaneck rd, yelling at some supporters standing on the sidewalk holding signs. after a warning by a cop car with a PA system, he was pulled over and hopefully ticketed.

    • We never let then inside.  Last re-evaluation was 6-7 years ago, wife politely told him that he was welcome to look around the property and he could look in the windows. He saw two white resin chairs in the basement and told her that this constituted a finished basement. And everything in the basement is bare concrete/ cinder block, and mechanical systems. Nothing finished about it. Ultimately he relented and I'm sure that was a ploy to coerce us to allow him in
    • I use an Alien Gear cloak tuck (IWB) with my Shield.  Neoprene back - in the summer it does feel warm but doesn't rub or chafe.   https://aliengearholsters.com/ruger-lcp-iwb-holster.html Could also go with the shapeshift as it has multiple options - OWB/IWB, Appendix... https://aliengearholsters.com/ruger-lcp-shapeshift-modular-holster-system.html
    • The  12-1 compression ratio L88 is long gone. This is GM's updated version. it might be  pump gas 10-1 engine The L88 was a aluminum head  cast iron block engine with a nasty solid lifter cam. the  ZL1 was a all aluminum  12 or 13-1 compression ratio engine with the best forged internal parts at the time and had a even nastier solid lifter cam
    • I like my regular carry holster.  OWB leather with belt slots.  I've been carrying for over a year and it was comfortable and I hardly even noticed it.  I carry (usually) a Ruger LCP .380 - light, convenient, tiny. But...today I ended up taking it off an leaving it home after a few hours. I cut down a big maple tree a few days ago and I spent 3/4 of today loading and unloading firewood into the back of my truck and a trailer.  It was a warm day, I was dirty, tired, sweaty, and my holster was rubbing against my side.  The leather and exposed metal snap was no longer comfortable. I'm thinking about adding a layer of something to that part of the holster to soften the contact.  Anything insulating will make it worse.  I don't want a sweaty, hotter holster against my skin.  I'm imagining something thin, breathable, that won't absorb sweat, and softer than leather, metal snaps, and rivets.   But I have no idea what would work. I'm hoping somebody else has already figured this out and I can just do what they did. Any suggestions appreciated.
    • Check the primers on the ammo you didn't shoot yet. Are they fully seated? If the primer is not just below flush with the back of the case, the first hit can seat it better then the second hit ignites it.
