They will work but I am not a huge fan of those primers.  The cup should be thicker in a magnum primer.  Also the CC041 is a similar to the CC450 but a specialized for AR format rifles.  I've seen no difference between a magnum primer and the 041 primer. I use wolf, cci450 or cci041.

I use them all the time for reloading 223.  I haven't had a failure.
