Transfer at tanners

Just did a transfer at tanners for another ar ( more the merrier). Charged me 30$ total. I really like that place. If your'e near mercer or hunterdon check them out. Yeah i know its PA but hell. Good service is good service. Thanks kenny.

And, the last few times I stopped there they had ammo, .22, .38 and great prices on .243

Great shop and very friendly staff.  I bought my King Cobra there thanks from a tip from Pizza Bob. Most of the gun prices I saw were cheaper than in NJ but add the transfer in and it was a wash. You do save on not paying sales tax though.

I hear Tanners is great but I think $30 is a little high. $15 is rare, $20 is good (my LGS), $25 is normal, $30 and up is bad here in East PA.

Sorry for a dumb question, but I thought transfers for NJ residents have to be through a NJ FFL. I guess that only applies for hand guns?

Yes. Long rifles only as long as they re NJ legal.
