Are these clamp on brakes legal on the Mosin?

It's a bolt action rifle.  Anything is legal on a bolt action rifle INCLUDING a 30 round magazine.

I have a different clamp-on brake for my M44.  It works nicely - definitely reduces felt recoil, but it gives a HELLUVA blast out to the sides...  And more flame and more thump to the sides....
