If that is the case find a local small guy. Will be the cheapest option. You only need basic info. Around 350-500 bucks

Once you have the price, ask them if they can shoot building corners. Not map them, just give you the coordinates. May come in handy.

This shit is bad-ass. You can find out who owns properties anywhere, the tax records, lot lines, geology, surface water, wetlands, schools and daycare centers, topo, contaminated sites, natural groundwater quality, rainfall, fishies, anything anywhere just by clicking on a map.

Morgan did my survey up in Morris county. They even staked one side because of boundary dispute with my lovely neighbor for free
