depends on what kind you're looking for.  I know LE Targets has nice targets and the more you buy, the cheaper per target they get..  (mainly paper, but i think they have some shoot n c targets)

You can make your own shoot-n-see targets pretty cheaply.

All you need is some brightly colored construction paper, cover it with clear tape (packing tape) and spray paint it in a dark color.
