Don't you have to break just about every safety rule to do that?  You need to have an inappropriately loaded gun, you need to have it pointed in an unsafe direction, and you need to have your finger on the trigger.  Just sayin'.

I'm really starting to believe the eating lead paint chips theory since reading this article myself. Its the only explanation I can come up with. If you must prove the ejector works to a customer whats wrong with a bright orange snap cap? Why anyone would load a live round in that environment is beyond me.

I'm inclined to think it's a misunderstanding by the reporter. The guy may have been "clearing" the gun, but it doesn't necessarily mean he was actually removing bullets from the chamber.

Your probably correct, I don't see how anyone could be that dumb. Probably some idiot looking at the gun loaded it.

He must have if there was a round in the chamber.
