I have one of these pinned on my LR308. it's a savage awesome brake and it does indeed pass the pinky test, though my pink may be fatter than others

does not appear to claim to mitigate flash... does not appear to be designed like a hider..  so probably not a hider..

He is based out of Hawaii and typically caters his items to the 3 gun community.  It is a small company, so I doubt they do enough marketing.   He does have a background in engineering, and my own experience with the brakes is good.

Don't know about the big ones, but on mine was just fine.
