What is your front/rear sight width setup?

Looking to get some feedback on what people are using as their preferred front/rear sight width ratio? Do you prefer thinner or wider light bars? Also mention your sight radius.

I think it depends on what the purpose of the gun is.  I like the big bright Trijicon HD night sights that are on my Glock 35 for HD, but they suck for competition.  The front sight is larger than steel plates at a distance so you don't know if you are centered on them.  For competition on my Glock 34 and PPQ M2 5" and STI Trojan (all 9mm) I really like Dawson Precision fiber with the narrowest possible front sight and matching rear.

I have a .125" rear notch with .100" front FO blade - 5.5" barrel (627). Also .140" rear notch with .125" front FO blade - 4" barrel (625).

I dun just use Trijicons. Training like you fight or something like that. *shrug*

I use Ameriglo Spartan sights on all my Glocks.

 

Don't know the width of either off the top of my head. You could look it up though, I'm sure its on Ameriglo's website.
