West Orange FID process

Apparently I'll be moving to West Orange in a couple of months. I was wondering if there is any members here who live in that town and could tell me how good or bad is the process there.

My guess with the proximity to Newark and other wonderful Essex county towns, the process is going to suck.

I found a house that I like at a good price. Currently I am in Montclair and this place is 3 minutes away so my commute and all life stays pretty much the same. In Montclair the wait is between two to three months so I hope is not worse than that.

I'd think for a lot of reasons.

Thank you Nick. I've seen that post and I was looking for some updated info since that post has 5 years. I will find out soon when I have to do it and I'll share here my findings.
