This one looks to me to be one of the clearer cases of a straw purchase. Looks like the buyer articulated the indentions for the rifle that proved to be a blatant lie. Add that to intending to turn the firearm over to another....

 

Is anyone organizing to demand criminal investigation? Id be on that list!!!!
