Now I’m getting myself even more confused. The Beretta 1301 Tactical is a gas-operated, semi-automatic 12 gauge chambered for 2¾- and 3-inch shells. It has a tubular magazine with a 5+1 capacity using 2¾-inch shells (or 4+1 with 3-inch shells). with the extension tube and 2 3/4 inch shells I’m over the 6 round limit, with 3 inch shells I’m not. what shell size is taken into consideration when determine magazine size in nj? My god, all I want to do is put a light on it.

Still learning the rules about an “other” and if I understand correct this CZ https://cz-usa.com/product/cz-scorpion-evo-3-s1-pistol-w-flash-can-folding-brace/ would be illegal unless the folding brace was pinned? Assuming it meets 922(r) requirements. Or, it isn’t even an “other” because CZ calls it a hand gun? If someone had a class on how to figure all this out, I would sign up, so frustrating because I can build or repair pretty much anything except firearms.

Is adding the MXT extension tube to a 1301 legal, it adds two rounds which would make the capacity 6+1, does the +1 count as a round or is it just what you can fit in the tube which would be 6. Want to add a flash light and it seems like the MXT extension is the easiest way to get there. Thanks, Marty

The Egyptians have been able to turn a few ships around in the canal, last count there are 9 ships that can not be turned around, there were 45 in the slot to enter the canal, some have already started the trip around Africa, some are holding hoping it’s cleared soon. It cost the steamship line 1 million a day in fuel to sail around Africa, not to mention pirates and some of the worst seas to sail through. Cargo containers were already in short supply, this is only going to compound the problem 10 fold.

My wife has the .380 EZ, she is 4’11 with very small hands, it fits her perfect, recoil is not an issue for her with that gun. She also shoots my guns, one that she enjoys is my Colt 1911 in .45 auto, much bigger gun and heavier, she handles the recoil fine and enjoys shooting it, she can rack the slide with some effort, definitely not as easy as her .380 but she can do it. My point is, don’t pass on a gun because you read about recoil, as others have said, heavier guns have less felt recoil. Another gun I have is a Beretta 92x performance it is a 9mm but very heavy almost no recoil with it and I mean almost none, she likes shooting it but the weight is to much for her, after one mag she says, that’s enough, I can’t hold it up anymore.

If you do a little research you will quickly discover what type of rifle will fit your needs, YouTube is a great resource for reviews on many rifles and hand guns. If it’s a lemon of a rifle the reviews will be on there. Many gun ranges will rent firearms, take advantage of it and go shoot the rifle you are looking at buying, you do not need an FID card to rent, you will have to fill out a few forms and present a driver license though, you will also need to go with a second person, you can’t rent a firearm alone. It’s a bit pricey to rent but what other option do you have if a friend doesn’t have the firearm you are looking at. Good luck in your search, and ask many questions.

A friend of mine had one removed, I have no experience with it, but, dark colors come out easier and faster, light colors, baby blue, yellow, colors like that are stubborn and require multiple treatments, to do a small tat that was all dark green, took 5 treatments, he only said it wasn’t cheap, this was 10 years ago. Sorry, all I can help with.
