If a person dies without a will, everything passes to the wife. If there is a will that leaves everything to the wife, with no specific bequest, e.g., "to my son, Bob, I leave all my rifles, etc.", then the guns still pass to the wife as part of the estate.

Now that I've thought about it some more, I agree that if the magazine is not "permanently blocked" there could be some problems with it. I appreciate the fact that you are worried not only about your bottom dollar, but whether your customer ends up in jail. So, my next question is, does anyone know if there are permanently blocked Glock 17 magazines available that are Jersey legal?

Hey Ty, Saw these mags on the website when I was looking for something else. Is this just a parts kit for me to make my own mag? The site says it can rebuild to 17 or down to 10. Is it also possible to make a 15 rounder out of this since that is also Jersey legal? BTW, I have several of your AR15 15/20's and a 15/30 and they work brilliantly. Thanks....Ed

For me, I only put in a request for one permit, until I saw how difficult it was to get. Then I added an additional one and will now buy 2. My Glock 17 is waiting in the gun store and I'm not trying to decide amongst several different 1911's.
