  1. I just floated a keg with a dry Irish stout. Keg 2 has a west coast pale ale in it. both were brewed all grain. I might make another IPA, maybe a Pliney the Elder clone.
  2. Get one of these for your Mosin. You'll be able to shoot all day with no pain. Yeah, it's not manly, but you won't have bruises either. Limbsaver
  3. I assume that Sheriff Saudino is not pro-2A?
  4. Not when 9mm sells out in 30 minutes. Once you start seeing reasonably priced 9mm, 22LR and 223/556 last 24 hours, then you know it's calming down.
  5. They are out of: 9mm (sold out in 30 mins) 223 22LR They still have .45 and .357
  6. You don't need Eddie Eagle for this (helps but not required). All you need is: semi-erect posture, one working synapse and a drop of common sense. Lacking any of the above, a few solid, well-aimed kicks to the ass should be enough. This is complete common sense. What a bunch of morons.
  7. Two words: Mosin Nagant $0.18 per round at today's prices....and plenty of ammo.
  8. You're right. This is just ridiculous (bold type is theirs): NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS: Firearms and Ammunition sales only to 01 FFL Dealer holders. No High Capacity Magazine (10+ rounds) sales without a Hi-Cap Magazine Permit. No Ammunition sales to Consumer residents of NJ as State Law insist that ID be presented in person. No sales of M59, M59/66, and M59/66A1 SKS to NJ. No Rifle and Ammunition sales to 03 C & R holders.
  9. Does anyone have any experience with Samco Global Arms in Miami. There's a bunch of negative stuff about them a few years. I was wondering if anyone had dealt with them before. Thanks!
  10. Atlantic was selling NJ compliant versions a week or two ago. I don't see them on their website right now, but you may want to check back every so often. Price was the same as the other versions, about $899.
  11. It's not that they don't it will break. It's that they design the engine just thinking about engineering efficiency and perfection. They don't consider maintenance. Yup, I'm an engineer (software).

    Arrrrggghh!

This is the first solution to any problem.
  13. I'm picking up a Yugo M48. Where can I find ammo for it? Been looking online for months and I can't seem to find any. Darn thing is rarer than 223.
  14. You want to know how bad it is really is? I went to my LGS today and people were buying the dust off the shelves.
  15. No trip back home is complete without at least one visit (and nap) to: The Salt Lick Another good choice, but not quite as good as they used to be: County Line BBQ Both places have great BBQ, they will deliver to your door, and if you ever find yourself in Texas, they have all-you-can-eat (as good BBQ should be). Enjoy. The only decent BBQ I've found around here is in Highland Falls, NY, at a place called BBQ King. Pretty damn good for Yankee grub. I'll post a link if I can find it, but it's near West Point Military Academy.
  16. They've always gotten them to me in a month, even after Sandy Hook. Officer Horn stays on top of it.
  17. They are not crazy. They just want to ban everything, and this is another giant step in that direction. They are following Britain's lead with the ammo limit (because they've heard about all the ammo stockpiling. Same spiel they are pushing in Florida with the anger management classes).
