Don't buy, invest in a gun safe. Words to go by from my local dealer. Search for the weapons education safe video on YouTube. Very informative.

I ride, but don't do "runs" anymore. To many amateur riders. I have seen more accidents on runs then ever. People need to learn what a staggered formation is, and why its used.

Jersey City's is near the loop for 15X on the NJTP with access road near the PSEG plant on Van Keuren and Westside ave. There is also some access road's from Conrail property and also from Laurel Hill county park in Secaucus. The North Arlington PD range is off of Belleville Tpk and Baler rd. And there is also a North Bergen PD range @ 83rd and Westside Ave.

Get there early. The line to sign in gets long. Once everyone is signed in they will split you up depending if you need to do the walk or not, and what discipline your are taking. I would leave the shotgun in the car. When I did my bow and shotgun together, I carried my bow around. I didn't want someone to walk away with it. I did it at Colliers Mills when they had the expo. So there were a a lot of people wandering around.

There is/was really no "Rifle License". The old rifle portion of the test if passed allowed you to purchase your "Rifle Permit",if you wanted to hunt with a rifle. All current firearms licensee's will be able to purchase your rifle "permit" if you want. No need to re-take any test. All new 2014+ Licensee's that take the firearm portion of the test will have this included on the curriculum and be able to purchase the "Rifle Permit" if they want.
