  1. You never want to have something grounded in two places, the two "grounds" may have different potentials, which will cause a (possibly dangerous) current to flow through the ground wire. If the transfer box is grounded in some way, you don't want to ground the generator.
  2. Staples should have your standard netgear prosafe switches. I don't know if any are open though, I know my store hasn't had power since Monday.
  3. The exemptions permit you to carry on your property, it does not specify how you carry.
  4. Same, receipts, COEs, and my copy of the P2P are filed away in the safe. I carry my FID on me in case I decide I need ammo or something, not to prove I legally own my guns.
  5. For the flat top it depends on how the brake is "removable." If its threaded you would need to have it pinned and welded.
  6. Is it just me, or would A1329 only effect fixed magazines? Either way, they both need to be killed.
  7. Obama? He just said he wanted another AWB...
  8. After doing some digging, yes it was repealed with the 1966 law. EDIT - And to throw a wrench into the commonly stated slingshot/slungshot clerical error, there's this gem. http://lawlibrary.rutgers.edu/cgi-bin/diglib.cgi?collect=njleg&file=190&page=0486&zoom=90
  9. To be honest they (especially Vick) deserved to get booed off the field the past 2 games.
  10. Pistol grip aside, I'm not too sure on the capacity. It's only self-reloading for 4 shots at a time, not the whole 16. However, any shotgun with a revolving cylinder "such as the Street Sweeper or Striker 12" is an assault weapon, though I'm not too sure that applies here either. In reality, how is this magazine any different than clipping 3 10/22 mags together?
  11. I have an m&p 22, 6-7k through it amd its been pretty much flawless on various bulk. It's a little light, but its full size and everything is in the sane place as my m&p 9.
  12. 3 fumbles/missed snaps already. Just fire this clown please.
  13. Posession of a long gun only relies on exemptions if you don't have a FPID, so reasonable deviation only applies to handguns and people without FPID. Ianal
  14. Have a midterm Monday night, so I won't make it. Will be st novembers
  15. You can get arrested and charged for anything, doesn't mean it will stick. Go read the statute, assuming you are in one of the exempted locations you have broken no laws by possessing any firearm, BB or otherwise, assuming it was aquired legally.
  16. It doesn't. Common opinion is that 1 and 2 are loaded, 3 is not. If the ammo is in the gun, it's loaded, if the ammo isn't in the gun, its not loaded. As always, IANAL.
  17. I've had a surprising amount of sensible professors, hell, my economics professor openly criticized Obama's economic plan the other night. On the other hand I have had more than my share of the insane rabid liberals... why my advisor thought I should take the women's studies minor option Comp 101 class my first semester I do not know.
  18. You inform them that your rifle wad stolen as well. Shouldn't be an issue so long as the car wasn't stolen from a school lot or something similar.
  19. Why bother with seperate cases and locking them? So long as there is no ammo IN the gun you're good . Unless you leave NJ, then you need to consider state law and/or Fopa.
  20. While any rational person would agree, would you really want to be the test case?
  21. Come now, its the Eagles. If the game really mattered they would find a way to lose it to a high school team.
  22. http://www.njsp.org/info/pdf/firearms/sp-066.pdf Is this the form you signed? If so, yes, you do have to sign it every time you apply for permits.
  23. Even if you were to forget it, is that really deserving of criminal sanctions? IMHO, no, it isn't. And on the mall ninja front... they HAVE to be trolling, I simply cannot comprehend what it means if they aren't.
