  1. A burro is a donkey. A burrow is a hole dug by an animal.
  2. Picture is wrong for both of these. The Type C (Constant Action) and Type D (DAO) have no safety/decocking levers. This is what they would look like. Just an FYI for anyone interested. Type D: Type C:
  3. I'm just here waiting for all of the suggestions on how you can move the safe yourself completely ignoring your actual request.
  4. I believe the thinking is that someone who would suggest a SA rifle and then suggest that a pump shotgun is more reliable is being contradictory.
  5. That's what it should ultimately boil down to. What YOU like. What YOU feel comfortable with. What fits YOUR situation. There is no flat out right or wrong answer.
  6. Perhaps. But I would feel more confident in being able to rectify short stroking a pump in a stressful situation than I would fixing a malfunction in a SA caused by ammo or the firearm. It all boils down to training, comfort and preference.

    SCCY CPX-3

I don't think it's a fair comparison of a subcompact to a full sized handgun.

    SCCY CPX-3

    Why the CPX-3 and not the CPX-2? Just curious. I would prefer a 9mm over a .380. http://www.combatarmory.com/sccy-cpx-2-black-9mm-3-1-barrel-10-rds-3-dot-sight-free-shipping/
  9. I would stay far away from buying computers from Woot. I have had bad experiences with warranties.
  10. http://www.dell.com/learn/us/en/22/campaigns/outlet?c=us&l=en&s=dfh&redirect=1 Looks like there's a 10% off sale on their outlet computers right now.
  11. I run Citrix for work on a Chromebook. If the personal uses will only be things like e-mail, web browsing and watching videos, the Chromebook should suffice. For being under $300 and having a 10hr battery life, it's often the only computer I need to bring with me anywhere. I have a spare Chromebook I can let you borrow if you want to take it for a test drive.
  12. Is the program she needs to work from home a remote desktop program like Citrix?
  13. They don't give us that information but they claim that they approve the majority of applications submitted. The catch there is that most PDs won't even allow the average person to file for a carry permit claiming that you will be rejected anyway.
  14. While the instant gratification is nice, the $399 price tag makes it not as good as the previous deal. I got the 536 from Jet for $232.14, but I'm still waiting on the FF3. I was told today that it has been shipped.
  15. I clearly don't understand law or the court processes very well. If a court rules that a law is unconstitutional for one state (district in this case,) why is it allowed to continue in an identical fashion in another?
  16. This is an interesting article on the topic. http://www.those-who-serve.com/2017/07/19/noor_ois_minneapolis/
  17. You're not going to get any legitimate network channels for free. Something like Crackle gives you free movies, but they're supported by commercials. https://cordcutting.com/best-free-roku-channels/
  18. What if your home is invaded by this guy?
  19. Perhaps a Remington 870 Wingmaster with the wood furniture. Something like this. http://www.gunbroker.com/item/662879575
  20. I think 20GA is a good option. For range and HD I would recommend an 18" barrel pump like a Mossberg 500 or a Remington 870. Both are readily available with wood furniture at good prices.
