  1. If there is a lawsuit to be filed against NJ regarding 03 C&R licenses, that would be it. NJ law is clear that C&R holders are exempt from OGAM (at a minimum for C&R eligible handguns), but NJ refuses to permit anyone to use that exemption or acknowledge it exists.
  2. Just got some threaded barrel versions in if anyone is looking for one. 973-409-4631
  3. The county prosecutors usually set up a protocol on what a PD is to do with seized firearms and how long they can store them once they are not needed as "evidence". Some counties required them to be destroyed after 180 days if not returned to the owner or sold to an FFL , others seem to let them sit for years. In some counties (Bergen comes to mind) if your guns are seized for any reason you are almost certainly never going to get them back without a court order. You're only other option then would be to sell them to an FFL. I would agree with what others have said, contact the PD to see what the lawful owner needs to do to get them returned, the need for a lawyer is going to be likely.
  4. I have another one of these in stock if anyone is looking for one!
  5. We need an apology from Loretta Weinberg for referring this bitch. I'd be nice if we could hold her accountable for this bitch's actions.
  6. I just got one (and only one) of these in if anyone wants it!
  7. Yes, at least the same company anyway. It was a chain that had stores in NY, NJ and PA. I'm not sure what location that scene was filmed at, but I do remember they also filmed route 80 in Morris county in that movie. I bought my first gun from the Wayne store.

  9. I just got another PC carbine in stock for those of you looking for one.
  10. I've heard those screaming outside my house - never seen one yet though.
  11. They go out on a COE, so the state has determined them to be long guns - just not a "shotgun" - what the feds do on a 4473 isn't relative to NJ law
  12. There is no "other" under NJ law. All firearms are either a handgun or a long gun and all appropriate AWB rules would apply.
  13. I was in St Augustine in September, It was hot and the water smells and tastes like sulfur.
  14. Semi auto shotguns with pistol grips aren't legal in NJ
  15. I have a Russian and Yugo capture in stock if you want to take ride north.
  16. The whole requirement to "permanently" block large capacity magazines was made up by former NJ AG Zulima Farber and added to the Administrative Code. The language valdtepes quoted about large capacity magazines is the rule under the AC (Title 13). The actual law under 2C: says any magazine that is blocked to 15 rounds or less (and the law does not specify how in any way) is no longer a "Large Capacity Magazine" - this however is likely to change soon. So, since the AC is a set of rules and not statute, it's ultimately up to a judge to decide what method of blocking a magazine is legal.
  17. I'd be using #6 high brass - it's also the most commonly used shot size for pheasant hunting followed by #5
  18. I'd be more than happy to sell them to the OP........if there's any available to get, AR type rifles are getting wiped out form the distributors.
