NJ LAWMAKERS ANNOUNCE PLANS TO DESTROY RIGHT TO CARRY
YankeeSC replied to M1152's topic in Pending Legislation Discussion
There should be harsh criminal and civil liability on property owners for any firearm related death or injury that occurs in a "gun free" zone. If a property owner is going to enforce that, the owner then has a duty to protect. -

I think they know exactly what they're doing. Maybe that's the point ... -
SCOTUS is fast tracking 5 gun bills…

Why not, what do they have to lose? -
Texas: Robber carrying fake gun.....

fixed it for them -
@raz-0 is spot on here. When evaluating SCOTUS decisions, it's very important to understand the subtle nuances in the case - the context and the arguments made by plaintiffs. Just because they rejected it, you can't assume they agree with NYS and will rule the same on another matter against this law.

Different states, different laws, different systems. -
I don't read them as contradictory I think that's very clear. "one" permit and "all' handguns, there is no limit. The key word here is "intends", which is essentially "a plan" https://www.dictionary.com/browse/intend So quite simply, that was your plan at the time you qualified, but plans can and do change. You are not locked into your plan.

Therein lies the problem as we've been lied to by these people over the past 50 years about what a healthy diet is. https://www.foodlies.org/

Good thing they pixelated the firearms in the video, it's just way too scary to see that. -
I don't think any other state in free America requires this, at least not in South Carolina.

Not to go off on a tangent, but if you liked that book you'll want to read this too: https://www.amazon.com/Food-Cooking-Science-Lore-Kitchen/dp/0684800012/ref=sr_1_1?crid=WBFEVGNP0LVI&keywords=on+food+and+cooking+harold+mcgee&qid=1672410962&sprefix=on+food+and+%2Caps%2C194&sr=8-1 -

What machines do you use for grinding and stuffing? Where do you get your casings? -
I hate consumer/home printers. Will never buy an HP again. Tried a Canon and that shit the bed too after a few years. A few months ago I went with the EcoTank ET-2850 and had work pay for it. Got it on sale at Staples. So far so good, but time will tell. https://epson.com/For-Work/Printers/Inkjet/EcoTank-ET-2850-Wireless-Color-All-in-One-Cartridge-Free-Supertank-Printer-with-Scan%2C-Copy-and-Auto-2-sided-Printing/p/C11CJ63202

I don't entirely agree with that, the context and circumstance matter.

Back in 2007 during the week between Xmas and New Years the wife and I took a road trip from NJ out to TN, first stopping in Nashville for a couple of nights and then on to Memphis for a few more. Best trip we ever took. Saw the typical sights in Nashville, tried some line dancing, stopped in Bourbon country for some tours, saw Graceland, Beale street, site of the MLK shooting, and of course had ribs at Rendezvous.

I don't think that is correct. https://www.njspba.com/President-Message/Read.aspx?id=4 This is the state-wide org for the local PBAs. -
