I don't think Bruen addresses reciprocity between states, but I like a little optimism. The article overlooks unlawful posession in Maryland, something we know well in New Jersey. He's basically volunteering to be a test case by disregarding reciprocity or lack thereof. I honestly wish him well.

From a carrying perspective, it's easier to get a nonresident AZ/UT/VA/FL permit for Delaware, and move to southern Chester county Pennsylvania by the Delaware border. Granted, I know this doesn't help if one is moving to a Delaware beach town. Carrying isnt the ONLY reason to move to a free state, but I think it's a big one.

Yes. I'm still considering if i want to renew NH later this year. I got one in 2017 right before AG Shapiro changed Pennsylvania's reciprocity agreement. I was also able to get one back in 2009 for the bargain price of $25 when I lived in Pennsylvania.

It depends where you want to go. I vacation in Tennessee often and have an Arizona permit that also serves me well on the 300+ miles of I 81 in Virginia. Unless things have changed, Arizona and Utah have the cheapest renewal costs with no extra fingerprints needed.
