That's pretty cool. $180 though.. The optic they used seems pretty high. And it sucks that we need to keep the fixed 10 round mag in NJ.

It's not clear if the top rail and HG are included in the price. If not, that's a hefty price just for the stock.

(To make it 922 compliant, one would need to add HG, gas piston, etc.)

 

Also, noticed that the barrel length looks shorter than 16" (not legal) ...

The barrel actually starts at the front of the action, so it's not only the part that sticks out of the front.

So if you have a yugo, you need to change 5 parts, or take off the grenade launcher.

All the other countries is 4 parts.

 

Stock and Handguard are two, Tapco Gas Piston, There is a guy who makes 922R complaint trigger parts, or you could use a tapco 10 round fixed mag which is 3 parts in itself. The only problem with the fixed mag is that you have to disassemble the gun to get the mag out, or to possibly clear a double feed, or unload quickly. If you use the tapco mag, it would probably be wise to remove the locking lugs from the underside of the bolt.

It would be more appealing if the price was lower. If you add $180.00 to the price of and SKS their might be better options.

the stripper clips make it much easier to load, you can upgrade to removable mag's but would be illeagal in nj.. thank you dem's..

Gotta use the John Mason Clips from Midway.. Those 20 in a bag for $10 ones don't work worth a damn in my sks. The expensive clips work nice and easy though.
