Hey Hodgie, i was hesitating getting it also, but found it on ebay for $200 with free shipping and couldnt resist...new in the box too! But i was at the PA gun show this weekend at Split Rock Resort and saw a few clones that felt and operated the same. The vendors were asking between 120 and 150. Not bad if you wanted the look. My other project, not finished yet : GSG 5 Anniversary Edition...both sexy toys, fun to shoot! BTW: Both are NJ legal with 15 round mags. GSG 5 has pinned stock and a host of other goodies.

Caine: that is a heavy 16" bull barrel, by DPMS in 5.56/ 223 caliber. It looks shorter thanks to the mid length free float rail. Shoots both flawlessly...no jams so far after 300 rounds. A bit front heavy, but gives me faster target acquisition and helps with recoil.

It was the "bull" that was throwing me - can't recall seeing many bull barrels on ARs. Very interesting Thx for the info bud
