My pure bred wabbit hunting beagle goes on point all the time, I'll have to snap a pic. Funny thing is, he is PETRIFIED of guns...thunder, anything loud.

 

Great hunting dog eh? I guess I never broke him in the right way.

A few years ago I went with a friend to pick out a hunting dog (Beagle) from a litter. He brought a shot gun and watched to see which dog didn't jump when he shot it. Turned out to be a great dog.

Kal, she looks alot like my colt (gsp) around the same age. where did you get her? i love that pic, she reminds me of my (winchester) my 1st gsp.

What a nice Weim, Is that a Blue or Steel?? I am not sure what they call the darker ones. I see a lot of weims in the Field in our club, They are very deliberate and concentrated

Kal, he would be a Blue, still a high energy pup at 11 months. We're taking him out for pheasant in a couple weeks. Training hasn't been intense but we're confident.

Here is ole winchester, man could this dog hunt he had his act together..my 1st GSP black and white ticked.

In the second pic he got way down and crept up on a quail, it was inches from his nose..I actualy had to bust that quail up it held tight and winchester was frozen solid i tried giving him a push to hit his nose against the bird but he would not move turned into a perfect statue..
