How drunk do you have to be to do something like this? If he was getting driven back to his house why wouldnt you sit there and shut up and say thank you when you get to your home? People amaze me everyday....went from a free ride home to oops Im now in jail! What an A**hole!

My friend is a LEO here in Bergen County. It has happened to him about a year ago where the guy in the back of the cruiser called 911 stating that he was being unlawfully detained.
