But this is what they make the 870 Marine Magnum for...a couple of 3in slugs can sink a boat...Maybe need to step up from the 223. to the .308....

Errr they have fully auto AK's and AR 15's. If you happen to even get you marine gun out it would only make another trophy for them. We need the coast guard in helicopters to fully ventilate there boats no matter who's territory there in.

In a boat, a shotgun might be a match against a full auto AK or AR. Those tight quarters are made for a pistol grip shotty.

 

Just before I got out of the guard, they were implementing the 50 cal sniper helicopters. But they were used for cigarette boats and engine blocks.
