Pacific Series 1903 A3 Springfields

Has anyone seen the recent ads from Sarco for the 100 1903 A3 Springfield rifles for sale from the Pacific series? I wonder if they are any good & worth considering?

I have looked at them and they are obvious refurbs that you can easily spot. The barrel bands and other small parts are parked and they should be blued. They do look ok, but if you are looking for a good collector, I would just get a regular 03a3. Also it seems like the going price for a regular 03a3 in nice condition are actually cheaper than those.

I would say that these are more for a TV prop collector than a gun collector. They weren't even correct for the show. The Marines didn't have '03A3s on Guadalcanal.
