Bad timing for this to happen. Aren't they considering a bill to shorten the distance a person can bow hunt from any residence?

I believe the 150' law was passed. That's when hunting from a tree stand. I have an A-hole neighbor, 2 doors down that put an arrow into the side of my travel trailer and another time, into my wife's car tire when it was sitting in my driveway! Both times these arrows had to travel over my next door neighbor's deck!
