well we live together and when i first started buying up guns and ammo she was worried, but the safes put her at ease..and lucky for me, her g/f's place was broken into while she was in the home and now my gf loves the idea of having a firearm in the house. I've yet to take her shooting since i've been enjoying this hobby on my own time but she def. wants to go.

I'm glad that she's open-minded about firearms. It's definitely a good idea to take her shooting. Start with something with less recoil

I taught her how to handle the firearms, using snap caps and dry firing. I'll take her to the range at some point.
