Ron,

great meeting you today.

Nick it was great seeing you and John as well.

I had a blast and so did Kristen. Definitely worth it.

Time to change up the gear though. Gonna have to pass up some Sigs and get me a race gun. One of those STI's in 38 special with sights. Oh yeah!!!!!

Ok, back on the computer. Was a pleasure to meet you Nick and Ron in person.

Am extremly glad to see Bryan and Nick finally start shooting USPSA, and it looks like Bryan caught the bug and now wants an Open gun.

I really had a terrific time shooting with you all, and Luis.

Will post the videos I have in a bit.

Glad you guys had fun, I was nursing my injuries from my night long battle with Tanquery and his buddy tonic. The Apeiro is a real nice gun, but you can get something custom for that much money. Bryan, the more you get into USPSA you'll see that you will change up your gear a few times. I just purchased my 6th? holster for a 1911. It really should have been the 3rd. As far as an open gun goes, consider a 9major. Save money on brass (38 super or supercomp cost about $125 per k 9 mm you can get 3-5 k for a $100 once fired)and your back by not scrambling to find your brass.

I definitely had a good time. My buddy John who I play airsoft with had a good time too, but unfortunately he got DQ'd on the last round. It was the one where you start facing the back and the RO thought he drew while still facing backwards so he got DQ'd. I almost had a 180 incident myself during a reload but my RO warned me. There are a LOT of rules you have to think about, but the experienced shooters are VERY good at helping out. I have some videos from myself and John going through the courses. Some were fairly simple, some were HARD. Especially that Octagon one!

Maks,

see what I mean. Jim still running his mouth on stage two..douche!!!!

Everyone knows Jim talks a lot. He also is there early to set up and late to tear down at almost every match. He will also loan out equipment and ammo and not ask for anything in return. He does a lot to help this sport and to help others, especially new shooters. After you get to actually know him I do not think you will have the same opinion.

a lot of time the score keeper might have writtn the time down illegably or forgotten to write it down at all. That is why it is always a good idea to ask to see the scoresheet after the stage is scored. I do not worry about a local match but at a major you always review your score before you sign it. Never, no matter how bad you just did, just sign the sheet and walk away. Once you sign it you own it.

I have no doubt that is the case. and I am already over it, but I will say that after hearing the same thing over and over, it gets to be a bit much.
