RonJitsu 0 Posted October 23, 2010 I had been looking for a full size pistol to start shooting steel and USPSA... I went with the G34 because I couldn't pass up the LEO price on it. It was less then half the price of every other gun I was looking at. I'll be heading to the range this week to finally shoot it. And hopefully I'll be out shooting some matches with you guys soon. -Ron-
jermz1987 243 Posted October 23, 2010 congrats on an awesome gun. I rented the G34 at BA a few times and it was a real smooth shooter. Looks like you have an awesome set up.
Ray Ray 3,566 Posted October 24, 2010 Comp Tac holsters i believe? Good choice on the gun and the gear.
RonJitsu 0 Posted October 24, 2010 Thanks guys! Yep its Comp-Tac stuff. I was reading about Blade-tech, Comp Tac, and a few other brands, ended up going with Comp Tac. I'm really happy with the quality of their stuff, cant wait to put it to use!

RonJitsu 0 Posted October 24, 2010 Thanks Guys! Wish I could shoot tomorrow. I've got a class all day at the academy... I'll definitely be at the CJRPC Steel Match on Nov 7th, and hopefully the USPSA @ CJRPC on Nov 14th.
lunker 274 Posted October 24, 2010 Great gun. I love my G34. I just hate those neutered 10 round mags with crappy followers.
RonJitsu 0 Posted October 26, 2010 Just got back from the range. The 34 shoots very well! I think some new sights will help alot with the longer distances... Anyone know where I can get the new sights installed once I get them? Also, I picked up a 3.5 lb connector, so I plan to install that & do a little trigger polish job this week. Right now I've got the 5.5 lb connector installed. They normally come with the 3.5/4.5, but the LEO model has the 5.

lunker 274 Posted October 26, 2010 I have the Meprolights on mine. They are nice and on the cheaper end of night sight prices.
Guest HuntingPaper Posted October 26, 2010 Dawson Precision fiber optic, very popular amongst USPSA top shooters and very nice. I have them installed on my XD40 and STI Spartan.
RonJitsu 0 Posted October 28, 2010 I definitely want a fiber optic front. I'm leaning towards the Sevigny Comp Set w/ FO front.
RonJitsu 0 Posted October 29, 2010 Ordered up the Sevigny Comp sights with fiber optic front. Also ordered up some springs and other goodies.
