Explanable Lawful Purpose

I don't see why not as the law is written.. the knife coupled with the fork seems pretty clear cut.. lol

Yes it seems like a lawful purpose......but I REALLY think you are pushing the envelope of being a smart*** if you try it. I mean seriously, get a regular basic folder, and just say that your job consists of you opening lots of boxes.

nothing wrong with being prepared and carrying a knife and fork with you. y'know... the ones in the restaurants aren't particularly washed well

why do you have this..

umm they are food utensils.. I use them when I eat out because sometimes the stuff at restaurants is dirty.. so I prefer to have my own..

 

I think that a stretch would be to carry a giant butcher knife and state that sometimes you have to carve a giant roast or something.. I think that would be a stretch.. lol

With some of the horror stories you have heard, you really think it wouldn't be a stretch? I don't. I could see someone getting arrested.
