Krdshrk 3,877 Posted July 9, 2011 Yeah - here's the kicker - all that weight is on the front. How badly does it unbalance you? That's why I like my LBV - I can balance out the weight to the sides and rear. Buttpack or hydration carrier allows for some balance.

YWHIC 18 Posted July 9, 2011 Actually the LR-308 will be slung on the back in a SHTF scenerio.. hence the balance.. Also found a Blackhawk 40oz hydration pack on sale from CTD.. which I may order.. The SAW 200 pack will more than likely moved to the back and some ammo and med-kit in it with 8x8 tarp and other gear.. There is MOLLE on the back of the vest on the 'belt'.. That will balance.. I may change the dbl depth 556 mag pouch to a USGI 3 mag holder also.. Al
Ray Ray 3,566 Posted July 10, 2011 If I can make a suggestion, have a rig dedicated to the 556. And one dedicated to the 308. And, if you want, dedicated to the 12 gauge. Pistol mags on each and you're ready to rock. It's just a suggestion though, nothing more.
