Yeah - legal. It's a flare launcher. I think someone here sold one not too long ago. Not this model but a Cobray

As nick said...100% legal. HOWEVER, if you shoot ANYTHING out of it other than a Signal or Marking round (Flare or Smoke) it AUTOMATICALLY becomes a Destructive Device under bith NJ statute as well as Federal law. EVEN IF the items fired are "Less Lethal"

What are the exact rules to owning this launcher... I saw some cool ammo some that BANG.. I don't know if they consider that "lethal"

I saw one at the oaks gun show a couple weeks ago. I almost bought but figured I'd really be pressing my luck at the ranges with that thing attached. Now I'll probably get one.
