quick 922 question..

So, I know if you add magazines with a capicity higher then 10 you must make the rifle 922 compliant..

 

My dilemma is this, I have 1 american made 15 round mag. The gun is compliant with the american mag.

 

Now it is not compliant as far as I know with foreign mags.. my question is, since the factory mag is only 10 rounds now that i've converted it to pistol grip config does that mean that now even with low cap mags it still must be 922 compliant?
